Recent upgrades to the venue including ultra-fast fibre optic internet and acoustic treatment to studio 2 have made Band Studios the perfect live stream venue. The aim of the project is to provide, accessible, studio-quality live stream studios for local bands and talents to perform. Musicians can exchange their DIY webcam setups for a professional-grade studio. The events would then be streamed by the in-house system as either a paid event or regular Livestream.
As band studios were after a studio-quality broadcast they needed broadcast-quality lighting band lighting and that’s where Re-Production came in! We provided a case of 8 AX1 pixel tubes, hazers and control via our Avolites Quartz desk. The artist for the launch was Nuala Honan, we provided a full visualisation of the lighting set up allowing us to pre-program the lighting to her set reducing time spent setting up and making the whole operation run smoothly. As per the Re-Production philosophy the lighting package was tailored to fit the aesthetic of the artist to give a truly personal performance.
